Hello! If you haven’t already realized it yet, my name is Shika. I am a freelance copywriter, editor and, proofreader, beta reader, and last but not least a pharmacist.
The overall goal of my blog is to advocate for your personal growth and development through bringing awareness to mental health through personal experiences, encouraging you to go for your goals and give you tips on how to do it, and promoting wellness through fitness and diet information. Hint: I do not promote fad diets or diet teas. Sustainable approaches is what we do around here.
Currently, I am passionate about reading, writing and, attempting to learn Japanese amongst other hobbies that I lost for a while to disorderly eating habits.
